In conjunction of Aildilfitri holiday, the claim submission deadline will be extended to 4 days for visit date from 20 March 2026 to 23 March 2026. However you are still required to obtain Authorization Code (AC) before treatment/consultation given.

PMCare eFarma Mandatory Program
For members under the eFarma mandatory arrangement, kindly:
1. Do not supply LONG TERM MEDICATIONS related to the tagged diagnosis.
2. Provide the patients with a valid prescription, in order for them to request their medication supply through eFarma.
3. Proceed to provide medication if it is for ACUTE CONDITIONS that are covered by the company policy.
4. Proceed to supply dangerous drugs / psychotropic drugs if required for the tagged diagnosis, provided it is covered by company policy.
